​At Effectus Theatre, we are passionate about making theatre accessible to everyone. Our original productions for babies, children, young people and their families/carers, Children and Young People with Learning or Physical disabilities and adults living with disabilities are a perfect way to experience the magic of theatre.
Our Story
​Sara has more than 17 years of professional experience as a Performer, Director and Participation Producer in the industry.
​
​’Sing, Sign and Sensory’ is created with baby safety and development in mind. Sara uses her specialist training in baby development, communication and inclusive practice to make this achievable.
Alongside her passionate belief that “Everyone has the right to be creative, so we strive to provide a safe and inclusive space where all can come and enjoy the magic of theatre”.

Furthermore, their focus on inclusivity and accessibility is supported by their positive reviews, with one parent expressing, “The introduction talk was in sign language. Very inclusive… absolutely above and beyond and just made a huge difference to our experience.”
